Hi, I’m Sanduni !

Sanduni Dissanayake is a young planning student who recently completed a BSc (Hons) in Town & Country Planning from the University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka. She was a former Spatial Planning intern at Urban Settlement Development Authority SL. Her studies are focused on Eco- Sensitive planning and Design and she researched Determinants of Thermal Comfort in Urban Outdoor Gathering Places, aiming to act against climate action through urban & rural planning and development.  Sanduni is passionate about achieving Sustainable Development Goals and currently volunteering as a member of the Climate Action Working Group of the Commonwealth Association of Planners and PyeongChang Youth Peace Ambassador
