Bandarawatta Junction Development Plan

Biyagama is one of the major industrial cities in Srilanka with several leading industries located in. Some of them are the Coca-cola beverage factory, Fonterra Brands, and Lion Bravery Ceylon. The Sapugaskanda oil refinery is also located in the area. Although Biyagama contains many industries, this area still provides a locality for residential activities. Therefore, this plan will address the existing users of the area, the transit connections, natural elements of the site, underutilized and underdeveloped land and the future development potential of the site.
